About Get Involved

without comments

Get Involved began in the summer of 2000. While I intently watched the presidential elections, I couldn’t help but wonder why so many Americans were apathetic and detached from both their communities and the political process that I have always found so empowering. I registered this domain that summer, and began looking at ways to empower civic engagement through online collaboration. Since then, this domain has hosted my blog on election method reform, a wiki on the same subject, and an international news blog.

Now, this domain is host to my blog of professional projects and interests. As a web strategy consultant, my skill set ranges from: developing integrated digital marketing campaigns utilizing Search Marketing (PPC), Website Ads (CPM/CPA), Blogger Outreach, offline collateral, and Social Media Marketing, to building websites, to establishing and improving  e-mailing marketing processes, to business development with a special interest “productizing” news and information. So far my clients have ranged both non-profits, for profits, and political groups, but I am also very interested in working with governments, especially local government to improve citizen connectivity.

To put it plainly, I help make your digital processes support your business model.

You can learn more about me through my business card.
